Bobby Flay, also known as the “Iron Chef” (to me at least), is here and he’s ready to talk food. Flay is a celebrity chef, restaurateur and the epitome of a Food Network star. He talks the history of Food Network and how it has changed for him over the years (it involves him standing on a cutting board), his struggles in competitive cooking battles, and some of his interesting eating habits. And you’ll never guess what “track” Bobby was on before his food career blew up.
