If you happen to have smoked turkey meat lying around (from say, leftover Smoked Turkey Legs), this salad packed with chopped apples and toasted pecans could and should be where it ends up. 2smoked turkey legs
1tablespoontoasted and chopped pecans
1teaspoonrice wine vinegar
1teaspoonfinely chopped parsley
1/4teaspoonfreshly ground black pepper
Remove the skins from the smoked turkey legs, pull off the meat and chop into 1/2-inch cubes. Transfer to a medium bowl.
Add the mayonnaise, celery, apple, pecans, vinegar, parsley, and black pepper. Stir to combine and serve.
