  • 4 cubes frozen Buttermilk Lassi
  • 1/2 ripe cantaloupe, cubed
  • 1 peach, peeled and pitted, or 1 cup frozen peach slices
  • 1/2 cup plain low-fat yogurt
  • 1-inch piece fresh ginger
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground turmeric
