This sweet and tangy breakfast shake gets a nutritious plant-based protein boost from silken tofu, which also makes this dairy-free treat extra creamy.

  • 8 ounces frozen fruit
  • 6 fluid ounces cranberry juice
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon agave syrup
  • 1 (12-ounce) block silken tofu

Procedure

  • Combine the frozen fruit, cranberry juice, lemon juice, and agave syrup in a blender and puree for 30 seconds. Add the tofu and blend until smooth, about 30 seconds. Serve immediately.
