Miami Mule
So, obviously a tropical take on a classic Moscow Mule. Not that anything’s wrong with just vodka and ginger beer. But this version allows me to use grapefruit bitters, which are some of my very favorite bitters, period.This recipe first appeared on altonbrown.com.

Yield: 1 (8-ounce) cocktail
- 2 fluid ounces vodka
- 1/2 fluid ounce freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1/2 fluid ounce blood orange juice
- 6 fluid ounces ginger beer, not ale
- 4 dashes grapefruit bitters
