Sweet and Sour Dessert Sauce

Software

  • 1/4 cup light honey, alfalfa or any wildflower honey will do nicely
  • 1 cup sour cream

Procedure

  • Place honey in a heavy stainless-steel bowl and set over low heat for just a few seconds to "loosen" it up a bit. Remove from the heat and whisk in the sour cream. Serve over anything, from pound cake to fruit. It's darned near universal.
