Honey Plums

Yield: 5 servings
- 1/2 to 3/4 cup wildflower honey
- 10 slightly underripe plums, pitted and quartered
Cover the bottom of a saute pan with honey and place over low heat to warm through. Add the plums, cut-side down. Cook until the cut sides are slightly browned, 5 to 6 minutes. Turn the plums and cook until the fruit is soft but not mushy, another 3 minutes. Serve with ice cream.
