Honey Mustard Dressing
This homemade honey mustard dipping sauce for chicken fingers will save you hundreds of dollars a year. It also makes an excellent salad dressing...if you like that kind of thing. This recipe first appeared in Season 4 of Good Eats.

Yield: 5 ounces
- 5 tablespoons medium-bodied honey (sourwood works well)
- 3 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
Measure all of the ingredients in a plunger cup, moving the inner part of the cup down as you go.
Pour all of the ingredients into a small bowl and whisk until smooth. Serve as a dressing or a dip.
