Hot Cocoa Mix

Homemade hot cocoa mix from Alton Brown in three white mugs
ACTIVE TIME: 5 minutes
TOTAL TIME: 5 minutes
Yield: 5 1/2 cups

My homemade marshmallows go pretty good with this mix too. Just sayin’.
