AB Road Eats: Greenville, S.C.

Sorry to say I did not get to venture around as much as I wanted (though I did see your lovely, crooked suspension bridge). What I can say is that this town knows how to make coffee, milkshakes and it has one heck of a jerky store.

COFFEE

Coffee Underground: Cortadito coffee. If you don’t know what that is, Google it. Four shots of espresso and I was set for the day.

Coffee & Crema: If you’re walking on Main Street, there’s a good chance you might walk past this hole-in-the-wall (literally). But try and seek it out if you have the time — even the milk they’re using is something to brag about.

LATE-NIGHT EATS

Grill Marks: I love doughnuts. But I also have a serious thing for milkshakes. I enjoyed the burger and onion rings, I did. But when I got a hold of that salted caramel milkshake, well, it was the perfect ending to my night. My crew also ordered the classic chocolate milkshake, which I’d recommend too.

STORE FINDS

Jerky & Vine: Dried beef, pork, fish, turkey, etc. This store had jerky for everyone. And they carry my favorite brand to boot (see photo above).
